// Request

Want to order?

Write to us: which document you need and which state you live in. We will reply by e-mail. Please do not send passport details by e-mail: you enter them in the form after payment.

How it works

  1. Choose the document

Power of attorney (general, for a car, for representation and more), statement, consent or another document. We prepare the document text, or you send your own text agreed with the institution or notary in Ukraine.

  2. Pay by card

Online notarization is $25. Add the document text, the English version, an apostille and shipping if you need them: the expected cost is shown at the top and changes with every choice. If the notary refuses, we refund 100%.

  3. Enter details and a passport photo

Full names and residence of the principal and the representative, the term. Photo of your foreign passport from your phone.

  4. Work on the text

The text already has your details. Change it, add or remove the representative’s actions, or upload your own text. For the apostille the document gets an English version.

  5. Sign at the video session

Pick a date and time. At the video session the US notary checks your passport, you sign the document, and the notary adds their electronic signature and seal. The conversation is in Ukrainian.

  6. Apostille and delivery

If needed, we obtain the state apostille: regular within 30 days or rush in 1–3 days. Delivery to your representative in Ukraine.

What the form asks for

The form opens after payment. These details go into the text of the document.

  • Principal
Full name and place of residence.
  • Representative
Full name, place of residence and passport details.
  • Term
By default the maximum for this type of document. You can set another one.
  • Disposal of property
The principal’s tax (identification) number is required.
  • Gift
The donee’s name is mandatory, otherwise the power of attorney is void.

What to prepare for the video session

  • Foreign passport
The same one you photographed in the form.
  • Phone or computer with a camera
The notary must see you and your passport.
  • Stable internet
The session usually takes 10–15 minutes.

Then we take over

After the video session you receive the notarized document by e-mail. Then the state apostille and delivery to Ukraine, if you ordered them.

Price
